Today, TPP rolled down to the Universidad del Sagrado Corazon and the Universidad de Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus on the final day of classes so they could enjoy the great works on exhibition. We parked at a new spot right besides the library of the University. Lots of traffic and students were impacted by Antonia's works.
After wrapping up our visit to Sagrado Corazon University, we rolled down to the Universidad de Puerto Rico (Rio Piedras) to the school of arts and parked right in front of the building. The students were all over the place as the teachers because of the last day of classes and final papers. A good amount of students came abroad to see the show after turning in their papers. Reception of the work was awsome and a lot were impressed with the media Gurkovska used to work the pieces.
Teachers Pablo Rubio, Nathan Budoff, Nestor Otero, Laura Bravo and others were knod enough to bring their students after the final class so they have a chance to see what's going on in the artworld.
Cant wait forthe new semester of college to start so we can continue our trips to the art schools so we can help them see whats going on ouside of the art college scene. It's really rewarding seeing the students look at our exhibitions and having them motivated to try new things and look up new information about the artists and looking at new stuff every month. See you guys next semester.
